Initial Life Coaching Session

Service Description

Prior to the initial session, the client will complete a pre-coaching questionnaire and life assessment for the coach to review. In the initial session, the coach and client will get to know each other, discover what the coach has to offer, and, most importantly, discover what areas of life the client is needing to explore with the coach.
